My Story

I am Bhaskar Banerjee – a technology professional living in Atlanta. In 2015, I started noticing that my blood pressure inching up - hovering around 130+/85+. I exercised pretty regularly (10 minutes of jogging followed by 45 minutes of strength training) - 4 to 5 times per week & played tennis at least once a week.

Evidence is often ignored or presented creatively to market health products and services. My mission is to research the available body of evidence, differentiate between myths and facts and bring actionable steps to my audience.
